These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mb8i ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mb8i website located at https://mb8i.cam and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, virtual games, and any promotional offers made available through the Platform.

mb8i is operated under an internationally issued gaming licence and directs its services primarily to players in Malaysia. All monetary references throughout these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on mb8i, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with mb8i, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. mb8i enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
3. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of mb8i or any of its associated entities.
4. You have not previously had an Account terminated by mb8i for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not acting under a self-exclusion order or similar restriction imposed by mb8i or any gaming regulatory body.
6. You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the mb8i Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• A current Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth; and
• A unique password of sufficient complexity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account. mb8i will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mb8i immediately by contacting our 24/7 live support team. We will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree:

• Not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use;
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any component of the Platform;
• Not to engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Not to exploit any errors, technical faults, or temporary pricing anomalies in the Platform's betting markets — any bets placed in such circumstances may be voided at mb8i's sole discretion;
• Not to use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• To maintain honest and respectful conduct in all interactions with mb8i staff and other users.

mb8i operates across multiple product verticals including sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, NBA, UFC, and more), live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), slots, fishing games, and instant-win crash games. Specific product rules may supplement these general Terms — in the event of conflict, product-specific rules shall prevail for the relevant product category.

mb8i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX/DuitNow may take 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to network confirmation times (typically 15–30 minutes).
• mb8i does not impose deposit fees. However, your payment provider may levy their own service charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not undergone identity verification will have withdrawals held until this process is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• mb8i reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 10,000 in a single transaction or RM 50,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawal processing times are targeted at same-day for standard requests and within 24 hours for requests requiring additional review. These are targets, not guarantees.
• mb8i will not process withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts.

mb8i offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the following general provisions:

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino bets may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
2. Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period commencing from the date of issue or first deposit, as specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
3. One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
4. Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Existing Players attempting to claim welcome bonuses through new accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account policy.
5. Abuse. mb8i monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk "hedging" strategies across multiple outcomes designed to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds. Where such behaviour is identified, mb8i reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and terminate the Account.
6. VIP Programme. Cashback and rewards earned through the mb8i VIP Programme (Bronze through Royal Black Diamond tiers) are governed by the VIP Programme terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All bets placed on the mb8i Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and take precedence over these general provisions where they conflict.

• Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has displayed a "Bet Confirmed" or equivalent acknowledgement. mb8i reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or where the requested stake exceeds applicable limits.
• Errors in Odds. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds or prices, mb8i reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A "manifest error" is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with market prices at the time of acceptance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. Limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Odds may be suspended at any time during live events. mb8i does not guarantee continuous in-play availability for any event.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered in a manner that renders the original market inapplicable. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account.
• Results and Settlement. Results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. mb8i is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds used to determine outcomes.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the mb8i Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using any software, algorithm, or technical exploit to manipulate game outcomes or extract value outside of normal gameplay;
• Engaging in "chargebacks" or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider as a mechanism to retain both winnings and deposit funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mb8i staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

mb8i employs active monitoring for all of the above. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

mb8i may suspend or terminate an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to mb8i or other users; or
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

Upon termination for breach, mb8i reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be clean (i.e., legitimately deposited and not derived from fraudulent activity), the Real Money Balance net of Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled in the ordinary course, and any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb8i's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

mb8i shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature;
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond mb8i's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures, or third-party payment processing outages).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mb8i's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

mb8i is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling and underage access. As a condition of Account eligibility, all Players must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory and may be conducted at any point.

mb8i provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits;
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts based on time spent on the Platform;
• Reality Checks — periodic in-session summaries of time spent and net activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — formal exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent.

All content on the mb8i Platform — including but not limited to the mb8i brand name and logo, website design, graphics, interface elements, software, text, promotional material, and game content — is the exclusive property of mb8i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the mb8i brand, logo, or trademarks without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service;
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of mb8i intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

mb8i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mb8i's international gaming licence jurisdiction. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under that licence.

In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with mb8i's support team. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. Our support team can be reached 24/7 via live chat on the Platform.

Players are not precluded from seeking resolution through any regulatory body with jurisdiction over the mb8i licence or through applicable consumer protection channels in their jurisdiction.
